How do I know what drainage solution my property needs?

Can you work from drainage plans or specifications?
Yes. Where drainage plans, engineer’s details or specifications have been provided, we can carry out the works accordingly. We can also work alongside other contractors and professionals where drainage forms part of a larger project.
Will you locate existing underground services before excavation?
We take care when carrying out excavation works and use appropriate detection equipment to help identify existing underground services before digging. Where service information or plans are available, these can also be reviewed before work begins.
Can drainage work be completed as part of a larger groundworks project?
Yes. This is actually one of the advantages of the range of work we undertake. Drainage can be incorporated alongside foundations, site preparation, new builds, landscaping and other groundworks, reducing the need to coordinate several separate contractors.
Do drainage works require Building Regulations approval or permission?
It depends on the work being undertaken. Some drainage works may need to comply with Building Regulations, local authority requirements or permissions relating to connections and discharge. Where these apply, they should be established as part of planning the project.
